Our stay had its highs and lows. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which really made our experience better. We enjoyed the spacious and well-kept rooms, and the facility offered a decent range of amenities. However, the lack of proper bedding, inconsistent hot water, and a cold room made things a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it's good value for money, but improvements are needed.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and generally clean, but the bedding was disappointing with odd blankets instead of duvets, and I found a cockroach in the fridge.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were quite disappointing, particularly the quality and flavor of the meals. Although there were great facilities for families, especially with the kids' activities, there is a need for improvement in the restaurant area to enhance the overall experience.

6.2/10

I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel has great leisure facilities and reasonable food services, the rooms definitely need some updating. We found our room to be adequate for the price, but the lack of proper amenities and issues like the shower door made things a bit uncomfortable. The overall experience didn't quite match the price tag, but the facilities were a highlight.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were in much need of a spruce up; let's just say they were OK. We were booked for four people and needed an extra blanket as it was quite cool the first night.
Service
5.0
Service could have been more attentive, as it seemed like they were unable to ensure there was enough warm food available during breakfast, which resulted in longer wait times.
Location
7.0
The hotel is somewhat away from the main attractions, which wasn't ideal for us. However, it had easy car access and a nice layout to get around.
Dining
5.0
Dining was below average. Breakfast options were limited, and items like bacon and eggs weren't topped up quickly enough, leaving us asking for more. Additionally, the food was often lukewarm.
Facilities
8.0
The leisure facilities are very good, with a pool and games room that kept my child entertained. That was a big plus for our family.

We had a pleasant stay overall, especially as a family enjoying a fun getaway. The hotel offers great amenities for kids and is very clean and comfortable. While the location is a bit out of the way for trips into town, the breakfast was fantastic and definitely a highlight. Some areas of the hotel seem to lack the updates they need, and the dining options left us wanting more variety, particularly for vegetarians.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they felt a bit dated and cramped, and could definitely use a facelift.
Service
8.0
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay much more enjoyable, despite some hiccups with food service.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located a bit far from the town center, which means having transport is essential to enjoy nearby shopping and activities.
Dining

The dining experience was underwhelming with limited options and inconsistent quality, particularly regarding vegetarian meals.
Facilities

The hotel has great amenities, including pools and a playground, which are excellent for families; however, some facilities were under maintenance.
